Elçin Abdullayev, Founder and Director of Time Travel & Transport Services, is a transport specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience. He studied Road Traffic Organization and Operation, giving him a strong technical foundation in transport safety and logistics.

Starting his career in 2013 as a driver serving both local passengers and foreign tourists, Elçin gained deep insight into hospitality, customer expectations, and the importance of first impressions. These experiences shaped the values that define our company today.

In 2021, he established the transport group that later evolved into Time Travel & Transport Services. His vision is to raise service standards, ensure ethical and transparent operations, and contribute to the development of tourism in Azerbaijan.

Under his leadership, the company prioritizes clean vehicles, trained drivers, punctual service, and respectful behaviour — delivering transport solutions built on professionalism and trust.
